Tyrann Mathieu Gives Texans Home Opener Tickets Away to Two Lucky Fans

In celebration of his first home game as a member of the
Houston Texans, Safety Tyrann Mathieu hid two envelopes – each stuffed with a
pair of tickets to the home opener – in downtown Houston for his Twitter
followers to find. In the week leading up to the game, Mathieu tweeted out
clues for where the tickets were hidden and encouraged fans to wear their Texans
gear downtown to search for the tickets.

Within twenty minutes, two lucky Texans fans had already
located the envelopes and were soon making plans to attend Sunday’s home opener,
courtesy of the team’s new All-Pro Safety.

After spending his first five seasons in the NFL with the
Arizona Cardinals, Mathieu is set to begin a new chapter with the Houston Texans.
In a very short time, he has already endeared himself to the Texans fanbase
through fun giveaways like this.
